We ship worldwide to help you find your perfect curve.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $69 (USD).
For orders under $69, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can track your parcel directly via the link in your email or on our website under "Track Order".
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@curveee.com with your name and order number.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Curveee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
5. Incorrect Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
Please contact us immediately at support@curveee.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Curveee is not liable for packages that are stated as delivered by the carrier but are reported lost or stolen. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Check safe places around your porch/mailbox.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to file a claim.
